Beautifully settled and clear with just a dusting of lees at the base of the bottle, this Pét Nat Chardonnay has all of the flowers-and-biscuits character and foamy mousse of a good blanc de blanc.

Domaine Geschickt, Alsace, France

Made from a blend of maceration of Muscat, Gewurztraminer and Chasselas and direct press of Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Gewurztraminer before being aged in Alsatian foudres and bottled with a little residual sugar, the result is a complex natural wine with aromas typical of the blend. Recommend pairing with seafood, lightly spiced dishes or with cheeses.
