    Intense and expressive. The perfumey aroma of passionfruit is paired with a bouquet of citrus courtesy of the cubeb pepper.

    MÙA Sake, Vietnam, 8% ABV

    Refreshing and bright. A lingering mild chili spice with bold tropical fruit flavors of honey pineapple in the forefront, creating a unique brightness in finish.

  • Gozenshu Junmai Nama Bodaimoto 1859

    Gozenshu Junmai Nama Bodaimoto $87

    This 1859 series has bold fruit flavours, pear, lychees, raspberries, apricots, and a hint of jackfruit. It starts off easy on the palate and then turns dry, rich and dense. It finishes with white pepper and other herbal notes.

  • Keigetsu Junmai Daiginjo CEL24 $90

    Highly aromatic with notes of pineapple, mango, banana and fruit candy. Juicy fruit on the palate, yet refreshingly light, with a hint of minerality. CEL24 is a Kochi only yeast type.

  • Dewazakura Junmai Dewanosato $85

    A youthful, dry style sake with umami notes on the nose. Fresh green apple and spice, with a rich, soft mouth feel and good balance.

  • Hourai Junmai Daiginjo Iro Otoko $140

    Iro Otoko translates to ‘Lady Killer’. This sake is inspired by male host clubs that wanted a high end sake to serve to female clients. Sweet, soft, and fruity yet dry with light-to-medium body. It has aromas of pear custard, citrus, and almond.
