If you’re down for some funk, soul, hip hop, r&b, and scratching, turntablist Shane 2Sweet and DeeJay XG will be dishing out all of that and more on 26 Aug (Sat) from 9pm to late. 

Started as a B-Boy, DJ Shane 2Sweet has traveled around the world to learn about different cultures and further himself in the art of Breaking. Through his travels, he discovered that music plays such an essential role in the dance and culture of Hip Hop, and how each place has its own unique musical influence that differentiates their interpretation of the culture. This propelled him to pick up the art of DJing in 2017 and music production focusing on collecting local Malaysian/Singaporean and South East AsianFunk/Soul, Breaks, and Jazz to establish a stronger love for local roots. 

Joining him is DeeJay XG, founder of WAV(Y), who has released rap records, party MC-ed, and DJ-ed along international names over two decades.
