Chefs Sophian and Ricardo constantly bring forward creative and insightful farm-to-table dining concepts that span from the Malay Archipelago to Portuguese shores. The dynamic duo reside in Lisbon, Portugal, providing their diners with unique culinary experiences that explore history and the influences Portuguese and European colonists had on food in the Malay Archipelago.
